Junior Records Consultant - 122025 with Security Clearance

TRG is seeking Junior Records Consultants to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Winchester, VA. This position requires an active Top-Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hard copy records for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, binder clips, and reassembling physical files to the condition in which they were received.
• Scan hard-copy files to electronic images.
• Burn project CDs, file mail, retrieve and return files to shelves.
• Box records for shipment and check date of file for transfer eligibility.
• Destroy records, create records inventories, and perform data entry.
• Conduct page-by-page reviews of files, appropriately identify and mark records for further review by classification staff, and inventory records.
• Box records for shipments, verify date of files for transfer eligibility, and palletize records for shipment.
• Conduct other analytical records management-related
