Junior Accountant with Security Clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Management or Financial Management
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or internship with accounting firms
• Exposure to government accounting and experience working with government clients preferred
• US Citizen with eligibility for a security clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly reconciliations of expenses
• Manage credit card expenses
• Affiliate with management and tracking of contract’s funding
• Manage company travel forms and expenses
• Manage salary surveys and general pricing efforts for contract bids
• Affiliate with proposal efforts with any other accounting requirements
• Manage payroll in QuickBooks
• Manage time cards and track correct charge codes
• Track PTO and employee time-off codes
• Work in a team setting, assisting with various other accounting tasks, as needed
