Junior Real Estate Agent – Dubai (Training Provided)

About the role

Help clients buy, sell and rent property in Dubai. No experience is required – we train you from zero and handle your RERA licensing. The job begins with a two‑week academy, after which you work on the floor with a mentor beside you.

Compensation

• Commission only – no base salary.
• Commission rate of 50‑70%, paid daily.
• Top earner earned US$2.4 million+ last year (not an average figure).
• We recommend having roughly six months of savings as a runway while you learn the market and build your pipeline.
