About the role

No experience required — we train you from zero and handle your RERA licensing. Relocate to Dubai and start a career in real estate within weeks. You will learn to help clients buy, sell and rent Dubai property: finding them, earning their trust, showing them the market, and closing their deals. Two weeks of academy, then you are on the floor with a mentor beside you.

Responsibilities

• Help clients buy, sell and rent Dubai property
• Find clients, earn their trust, show them the market, and close deals
• Receive leads daily from Property Finder (No. 1 lead generator)
• Use AI‑powered CRM and tools to manage client interactions
• Close deals within your first weeks on the job

Requirements

• Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
• Hunger and dedication
• Discipline — you are building your own business here
• Bring around six months of savings to see you through the first deals
