Junior Real Estate Agent – Dubai (Training Provided)

About the role

Help clients buy, sell and rent property in Dubai. You will receive leads daily from Property Finder, use an AI‑powered CRM and marketing support, and work after a two‑week academy with a mentor beside you.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling and renting real estate in Dubai
• Follow up on leads provided daily from Property Finder
• Utilise the company’s AI‑powered CRM and marketing tools
• Develop and maintain client relationships to close deals

Requirements

• No prior real‑estate experience required – training provided from zero
• Hunger, dedication and discipline to build your own business
• Prepared to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
• Ability to support yourself with approximately six months of savings while you build your pipeline (no base salary)
