Junior Projectleider

About the role

Concept Building & Services is a Class 6 construction company specializing in public, private, and self-managed projects. As a family-owned business rooted in Limburg, we focus on executing all our projects within the Limburg region.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the execution of a construction site from project preparation through to handover.
• Coordinate, direct, and coach internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers.
• Provide technical support to site managers and foremen.
• Oversee quality, safety, and profitability on-site.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients during site meetings.
• Prepare periodic progress reports.
• Develop and monitor execution plans.
• Participate in weekly project leader meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a junior project leader.
• Valid driver’s license (B).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience managing both internal teams and subcontractors.
