Junior Project Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support client-facing technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to wear many hats in a small, fast-paced company. This is an onsite position based in Bergen County, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and tracking client technology projects
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and regular status updates
• Manage project schedules, tasks, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative project needs

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar role
• Prior experience working directly with clients and managing client relationships
• Strong proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with basic project management tools
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Technology or Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience is a plus

Pay

Starting at $75,000/year.
