About the role

We are looking for a temporary/seasonal Junior Producer whose primary job is to provide support to the Senior Producer across all aspects of our content production pipeline at Dhar Mann Studios.

Responsibilities

• Lead YouTube productions from script breakdown, pre-production, and in-production with work both on-set and in the office.
• Track vital aspects of production and ensure proper on-set execution.
• Break down scripts for complexities and assess the logistical or budgetary implications of what’s on the page.
• Review scripts at a producing level — assess production and logistical feasibility, work with scheduling to optimize efficiency, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a producer with a background in scripted film, television, YouTube, or digital production.
• On-set scripted experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Great people skills.
• Understanding of the scripted filmmaking pipeline from script development through post-production, with an emphasis on pre-production and production.
• Comfortable with production scheduling and budgeting workflows.

Reporting

You will report directly to the Senior Producer.

Location

This role is based at our studio in Burbank, CA.

Pay

$35/hr, commensurate with experience.
