Junior Patent Attorney
Basic Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Registered Patent Attorney admitted to practice before the USPTO, with at least 1 year of experience
- Engineering or science undergraduate degree
- Experience conducting patentability analyses and drafting patent applications
- Demonstrated ability to analyze legal issues and develop practical, business-oriented solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with IP licensing or related agreements is a plus
Position Details
- Type of role: Permanent
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Location: Hybrid (Minneapolis, MN)
- Compensation: The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
