About the role
A junior intellectual property attorney position is available at a large Michigan firm. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of practice experience, including patent prosecution, trademark/copyright prosecution, tech transactions, or IP litigation. Experience or exposure to computer science or electrical engineering is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prosecute patents, trademarks, and copyrights
- Handle tech transactions
- Participate in IP litigation
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience
- Undergraduate degree in computer science or electrical engineering preferred
