What We Need You For
- Supporting league and competition operations
- Coinciding with clubs and internal departments
- Aiding in planning game days and league events
- Supporting process documentation and optimization
- Preparing operational reports and presentations
- Managing administrative tasks within the operations team
- Ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders
What You Bring
- A degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or similar (or ongoing studies)
- Strong organizational skills and structured working style
- A high level of reliability and sense of responsibility
- The ability to work under time pressure, especially during game days
- A hands-on mentality and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
