Responsibilities
- Aid in opening and organizing new title files
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the system
- Track deadlines and ensure all steps are completed on time
- Prepare documents for closings and client review
- Answer phones, emails, and handle general inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers
- Provide updates on file status and next steps
- Keep internal systems and files organized
- Support scheduling, appointments, and closings
- Assist leadership and team members with daily administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems)
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
