Junior Nuclear Power Project Manager

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned projects with direct or indirect leadership of project resources
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline to execute work
• Integrate best practices within the field and stay aware of market competition
• Make informed decisions using multiple internal and limited external resources
• Act as a resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues
• Lead projects with low to moderate risks, ensuring clear communication of expectations
• Convene team members to achieve consensus on project-related topics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in the power industry or in project management
• Nuclear power industry experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Project management skills
• PMP Certification a plus

Pay

$100,000 – $166,700 annually
