Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee assigned projects and lead project resources for small to medium sized projects.
  • Directly or indirectly manage project-related activities and resources for equipment-only, product suite, or non-turnkey projects.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute work.
  • Use technical experience and analytical thinking to make decisions.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Lead projects with low to moderate risks and resource requirements.
  • Explain information and develop skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within the field.
  • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in the power industry or in project management.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% domestically to GE Vernova and customer locations.
  • Access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Desired Characteristics

  • Nuclear power industry experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Project management skills.
  • PMP Certification (a plus).

  • The pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $166,700.00.
