Junior Network Technical Support Engineer (K-Youth)
About the role
The Support Operations Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of network systems by developing, maintaining, and enhancing SDWAN and Wireless WLAN (Cisco) solutions. This position is essential for delivering high-quality technical support and operational excellence, contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SDWAN configurations and solutions using Cisco technologies to enhance network performance and reliability.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing wireless WLAN (Cisco) installations, resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted service and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to gather new requirements and develop features that meet their operational needs within the SDWAN framework.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and operational guidelines.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of SDWAN technologies and wireless WLAN (Cisco) operations.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fundamental knowledge of network protocols and configurations.
