About the role
The Role
- Provide support on data networks and security solutions for internal teams and Federal Agency clients
- Manage, troubleshoot, and monitor data solutions leveraging Routing Protocols (OSPF/BGP) and Switching technologies
- Configure Palo Alto firewalls, including application ID and Thread Prevention
- Maintain data networks and systems using Cisco Product lines
- Monitor network performance using Solarwinds and resolve data network issues
- Create and update technical and process documentation
Responsibilities
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in data networks with emphasis on Routing Protocols (OSPF/EIGRP) and Switching Technologies
- Experience with Cisco Prime, Solarwinds Engineers ToolSet, and ServiceNow
- Basic understanding of configuring Firewall Rules
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
