Junior Multimedia and Classroom Technology Analyst

About the role

The Junior Multimedia and Classroom Technology (MCT) Analyst assists in installing digital presentation technology and network based multimedia equipment in support of instruction and special events. The incumbent provides direct support to faculty, staff and general public with presentation technology, networked computers, and internet access in UCR spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assists the MCT team with installation of digital multimedia projects
• Triage the work-order and ticketing systems
• Cook up and guide student assistants in support of daily operations

• Learns to gather, organize and perform analysis in the completion of assignments

• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience

Pay

The full salary range for the Junior Multimedia and Classroom Technology Analyst is $30.12 - $52.73 per hour. However, the pay scale for this position is up to $38.80 per hour.
