Junior Marketing Associate

Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of a globally recognized retail brand for a fully remote Junior Marketing Associate position. This is an opportunity for an early-career marketer to gain hands-on experience supporting campaigns that reach millions of customers across digital, social, and in-store channels, while working alongside experienced mentors.

About the role

Day-to-day responsibilities include campaign coordination, content support, and performance reporting. The role is ideal for organized, curious individuals who enjoy juggling multiple projects and seeing campaigns through from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns
• Assist with content creation for social media, email, and web platforms
• Coordinate with creative, e-commerce, and merchandising teams on campaign timelines
• Track campaign performance and compile reporting for leadership review
• Help manage the marketing content calendar and asset library
• Monitor social media channels and engage with community activity
• Conduct competitive research and basic market analysis
• Assist in coordinating promotional events and influencer partnerships
• Proofread marketing materials for brand voice and accuracy
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Up to 1 year of marketing, internship, or related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content tools
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Exposure to Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools (a plus)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setting
• Interest in retail, consumer trends, and brand marketing

Pay

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
