About the role

We are hiring an ambitious and driven Marketing Associate for a fully in-person position that blends field-based marketing efforts with office support responsibilities. Applicants must reside within commuting distance, as this role requires immediate availability and regular on-site collaboration with team members.

The Marketing Associate is a key contributor to the marketing team, assisting in the planning and rollout of campaigns designed to increase brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and contribute to revenue growth. This role supports strategic initiatives that connect with target audiences and align with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Take part in on-site marketing and promotional activities to broaden brand exposure.
  • Contribute to customer acquisition efforts through structured outreach initiatives.
  • Perform market analysis to identify trends, customer behaviors, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present compelling product and brand presentations in retail and live event settings.
  • Review campaign data and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Support the organization of marketing events, including expos, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist with monitoring marketing expenses and maintaining budget records.
  • Research competitors to evaluate market positioning and identify opportunities.
  • Develop and sustain professional relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
  • Stay current with industry news, marketing innovations, and evolving best practices.

Requirements

  • Confident public speaker with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and highly organized.
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or related internships (an asset but not mandatory).
  • Strong written communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Adaptable team player who performs well in fast-moving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience or strong potential will also be considered.
