Junior Marketing Assistant

About the Role

This is an entry-level, on-site position that provides administrative and hands-on support for marketing campaigns and events. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. This is a hands-on, in-person position, not a remote one. Team members work on-site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials, schedules, and campaign resources
• Assist at onsite promotions and events
• Interact professionally with customers and attendees
• Maintain organized records and team follow-up
