Junior Marketing Assistant

Why this role exists: This is an entry-level, on-site position that provides entry-level administrative and hands-on support for marketing campaigns and events. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. This is a hands-on, in-person position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment. A Typical Day May Include Prepare materials, schedules, and campaign resources Assist at onsite promotions and events Interact professionally with customers and attendees Maintain organized records and team follow-up Who tends to thrive here: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team.
