About the Role
The Junior Loan Officer provides administrative support to the Loan Officers and delivers a high level of service to our customers via email and phone. Responsibilities include providing information about the loan process, answering basic questions, and gathering customer information as directed by the Loan Officers. Marketing via social media and outreach to past customers will also be key parts of the role. This position offers growth opportunities into other roles over time.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Loan Officers
- Deliver high-level customer service via email and phone
- Answer basic customer questions about the loan process
- Gather customer information as directed by Loan Officers
- Conduct marketing via social media
- Perform outreach to past customers via phone
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience (full-time or part-time)
- Mortgage experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong desire to succeed
- Motivated, competitive, and driven personality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook required)

- 40-hour workweek, Monday – Friday
