Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements)
- Partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams on deal execution
- Evaluate and prioritize legal risk vs business outcomes
- Build and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks
- Support compliance areas (data privacy, employment, cross-border basics)
- Contribute to legal operations efficiency (standardization, speed, simplification)
Requirements
- 0-2 years’ experience in corporate law (contracts-focused)
- Graduate from a top-tier law school
- Strong structured thinking and communication clarity
- Should be able to demonstrate experience working with AI tools
- A qualified lawyer
- Willingness to work out of office
- Good to have: Experience in corporate law firms or in-house teams, Exposure to technology, consulting, or startup environments, Familiarity with cross-border contracts / global work
Qualifications
- Prioritizes speed, clarity, and outcomes over perfection
- Demonstrates ownership early in career
- Has contributed to templates, automation, or process improvements
