Junior Legal Counsel

Built to support disruptive innovation, Brillio partners with Fortune 1000 companies to leverage the power of cloud computing, IoT, AI, and mobility. This role is tailored for an early-career lawyer eager to collaborate closely with business teams on contracts, deals, and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements)
• Partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams on deal execution
• Evaluate and prioritize legal risk vs business outcomes
• Build and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks
• Support compliance areas (data privacy, employment, cross-border basics)
• Contribute to legal operations efficiency (standardization, speed, simplification)

Requirements

• 0-2 years’ experience in corporate law (contracts-focused)
• Graduate from a top-tier law school
• Strong structured thinking and communication clarity
• Should be able to demonstrate experience working with AI tools
• A qualified lawyer
• Willingness to work out of office
• Good to have: Experience in corporate law firms or in-house teams, Exposure to technology, consulting, or startup environments, Familiarity with cross-border contracts / global work

• Demonstrates ownership early in career
• Has contributed to templates, automation, or process improvements
