Your Profile
- Bachelor’s university degree at a law school
- Ideally at least 1-year experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English languages (Russian is an asset)
- Strong drafting, legal analysis and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual, self-motivated, open-minded, proactive
Your Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with third parties
- Drafting letters and other required documents to state agencies and counterparties
- Analyzing and preparing legal updates
- Conducting legal research and interpreting legislation, international precedents and best practices
- Representing our company before state agencies and other third parties
- Organizing materials for team case review
- Assistance with disputes and reporting
