Junior IT Technician

What You Get To Do

• Provide entry level help desk and tech support for a Windows based environment.
• Responsible for basic computer setup and troubleshooting.
• Set up computers for new hires and other employees and help them with basic tasks such as setting up printers, and software.
• Help users with Android and iPhone setup and troubleshooting.
• Occasionally running data cables, such as Cat6.

What You Have

• Basic Windows administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software, and Hardware.

Set Up

Set up computers for new hires and other employees and help them with basic tasks such as setting up printers, and software.

Physical Requirements

Sitting, stooping, bending, visual acuity, finger dexterity, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
