Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant IT experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Understanding of data management and database administration
