Junior IT Security Analyst
Job Summary
The team is pivotal in educating and empowering Associates to enhance the cybersecurity culture. We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and skilled contractor to join in shaping the Cybersecurity Champions Program and Cybersecurity Training needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in coordinating and planning various training offerings, ensuring they are well-organized and effectively executed to boost engagement and learning outcomes.
- Support in curating communications with champions and stakeholders, keeping them informed with program and training updates, exciting announcements, and upcoming events.
- Create materials to acknowledge, track, and celebrate champions' achievements, showcasing their dedication and success.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including training pathways, SharePoint resources, onboarding materials, and more, to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
- Gather and analyze feedback from cybersecurity champions to identify areas for improvement and assess program effectiveness.
- Develop methods to capture and share success stories as qualitative metrics within the organization.
- Generate reports to measure participation and engagement.
- Promote learning training opportunities and maintain a learning calendar.
Required Skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel is required)

Preferred Skills
- Experience in SharePoint maintenance
- Power Automate experience
- Power BI experience
Required Experience
- 1–5 years of IT Analyst experience (Cybersecurity preferred)
