Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and requests, providing timely, accurate responses or escalating as appropriate.
- Support a responsive and values-driven employee experience.
- Assist managers with basic HR needs (process guidance, documentation, coordination).
- Help ensure consistency in onboarding, feedback processes, and performance-related activities.
- Auxiliary support for follow-up on manager requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Carefully coordinate interview scheduling and candidate experience, supporting recruiting workflow and communications.
- Aid in executing core people programs and initiatives.
- Support HR processes within Rippling and related systems, ensuring data accuracy and process consistency.
- Aid in maintaining efficient, scalable workflows.
- Provide coordination support for supervisory training and manager development efforts.
- Assist in implementing employee experience and HR process improvements.
- Support logistics and follow-through for P&C initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, facilities coordination, or workplace operations.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee experience.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and operations teams.
- Experience in coordinating travel and leadership offsites.
- Ability to coordinate schedules and calendars.
