Responsibilities

• Work alongside Senior Designers and Art Directors on real client work from day one
• Produce layouts, visual explorations, and design assets across print, digital, and packaging
• Take feedback and turn it around quickly — the learning curve here is steep on purpose
• Get a front-row seat to how ideas go from a scrawled sketch to finished work for brands people actually know

Requirements

• A portfolio that shows off your raw talent, unique style, and love for design
• 0-2 years of experience
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and composition
• Comfortable with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Good knowledge of AI tools to speed up your process, but your portfolio should show what you can make with your own mind and hands — not a book of AI comps
• The kind of hunger that shows up as extra work nobody assigned you
• Real coachability — you can take a note and visibly get better by the next round
• Must be employable in the USA and work on-site in Austin, TX
