Junior Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

The Junior Full Stack Developer is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal enterprise applications. Working closely with senior developers and business users, this role will contribute to applications built primarily with Angular, .NET, and SQL Server by developing features, resolving bugs, testing changes, and supporting production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, test, and maintain clean, simple code in Angular, .NET, and SQL Server under guidance from senior team members.
• Fix bugs and resolve production issues.
• Work with other departments and end users to continuously fix and improve existing applications.
• Learn the existing codebase and development processes.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
• Assist with feature development, documentation, gathering user feedback and testing.
• Collaborate with other developers to understand requirements and improve skills.
• Continuously learn new tools, and best practices.

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming and software development principles.
• Familiarity with C# and/or the .NET platform through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional experience.
• Familiarity with modern front-end development concepts; experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS is preferred.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL; SQL Server experience is preferred.
• Understanding of basic software development practices, including source control, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
