Junior Formulator

Responsibilities

• Prepare and adjust samples
• Perform basic testing on raw materials, bulk, and finished goods
• Collect and label samples
• Accurately enter and maintain data within the ERP system
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices
• Support production with real-time quality verification
• Report any deviations or inconsistencies

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in formulation or manufacturing
• Detail-oriented and detail-focused
• Eager to learn formulation
• Comfortable working in a system-driven environment
• Able to follow procedures with consistency and discipline
• Strong ownership, organization, and ability to balance development work with execution

Qualifications

• Chemistry, cosmetic science, or related field degree or background
• Familiarity with GMP environments preferred but not required
