Junior Financial Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Aid in sourcing meetings and price negotiations
• Review, compile, and reconcile product costing
• Maintain financial matrices (raw material pricing, purchasing records, expenses, etc.)
• Aid senior management in making accurate pricing and strategic business decisions
• Review invoices/expenses for accuracy and investigate any discrepancies
• Generate reports, including but not limited to, sales/shipping forecasts, inventory analysis, production allocation
• Afford operational oversight and issue resolution between production teams and manufacturing partners
• Travel and expense audit and approval

Qualifications

• Entry-level to 3 years in operations, finance, and/or accounting
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills (including contact with Executive and Senior Leadership as well as supply chain partners)
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
• Strategic and proactive thinker
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
• Must be a team player, but also have the ability to operate independently
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumif, etc.)
• Simparel and/or PLM system knowledge a plus
• 4-year college degree required (Finance, accounting, and/or supply chain management preferred)

Pay

$70,000 - $80,000
