Junior Executive Personal Assistant

About the role
Reporting directly to the Sr. Executive Assistant, you will serve as a communication specialist to nurture client relationships, coordinate corporate and special events, and handle administrative tasks and errands. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our corporate office in East Atlanta Village.
Responsibilities
- Act as a client-communications specialist, checking in with business partners and gathering executive-level information
- Plan and execute corporate and special events
- Provide activity reports
- Perform cross-training for other departments
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines
- Complete tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Fluent or native proficiency in both Spanish and English (required)
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and punctuation
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work proactively without constant instruction
- Experience with a CRM (HubSpot is a plus)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Within commuting distance of our Atlanta, GA office
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift 50 lbs occasionally

Pay
$55,000 USD per year, based on experience, knowledge, and interview performance.
Schedule
Generally Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, with flexibility for remote work, event-site assignments, or office hours as needed by departmental workload.
