- On‑the‑Job Training & Probationary Evaluation: During the initial 45‑day probationary period, shadow a Service Technician and receive hands‑on training in equipment servicing, troubleshooting, safety procedures, and client interactions; the assigned Service Technician evaluates technical performance, client interactions, reliability, and ability to follow Crafty processes. Successful completion and a favorable evaluation are required to progress toward independent work.
- Training & Certification Completion: During the first three months, complete one assigned training course per week, including all required training videos, assessments, and corresponding certifications; completion verified through training records. Successful and timely completion is necessary to progress toward independent service work.
- First‑Visit Fix Rate: Work toward maintaining a first‑visit fix rate of 90% or above, as measured through Tableau, demonstrating the technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills required to progress to a Regular Service Technician; performance reviewed monthly, with consideration given to progression throughout the training and ramp period.
