Responsibilities
- Help solve client business challenges through thoughtful, strategic, and visually compelling design.
- Contribute creative concepts and fresh ideas that strengthen brands, campaigns, digital experiences, and storytelling.
- Apply strong visual design fundamentals with exceptional attention to craft, detail, and consistency.
- Understand how design influences user behavior, engagement, and business outcomes, balancing creativity with performance.
- Clearly communicate the thinking behind your work and confidently present design decisions in the context of project goals.
- Stay curious about emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and new technologies, bringing ideas that push both your work and our team forward.
- Design and produce high-quality creative across digital experiences, campaigns, branding, social, email, presentations, and print.
- Transform creative concepts into polished, production-ready assets with exceptional attention to craft and detail.
- Prepare, adapt, and optimize assets across channels, platforms, and technical specifications.
- Ensure creative work is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards and design systems.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, copywriters, developers, media planners, and project managers to deliver exceptional client work.
- Contribute to a fast-paced creative environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Support and experiment with AI tools for creative production, including layout variations, asset resizing, image exploration, and content adaptation.
- Help identify repetitive production tasks that may benefit from automation or AI-driven efficiency.
- Leverage emerging creative technologies to improve speed, consistency, and output quality.
- Apply responsible AI practices, including maintaining brand integrity and ensuring human review.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, visual design, or production design.
- Killer portfolio demonstrating real-world design problem-solving and production-quality work.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of core design principles, including typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight timelines.
- Able to work within established brand guidelines and design systems.
- Comfort learning new creative technologies and tools, including AI-assisted platforms.
- Experience with motion design or basic animation (After Effects or other).
- Familiarity with preparing assets for web, social media, email, presentations, and print.
- Exposure to accessibility best practices and responsive design principles.
- Experience collaborating in agency or in-house creative environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Claude Design, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, generative AI tools, Canva, or similar technologies.
- Experience with tools for file management, asset organization, and cross-functional partnerships (developers, marketers, project managers).

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Frequent communication via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment with standard lighting and noise levels.
- Position may require occasional travel to client site.
