Creative Designer, Junior

Responsibilities

• Labeling
• Create and update labels, packaging, and format instructions.
• Comply with regulatory agencies and marketing efforts.
• Submit labeling files to vendors and obtain proofs.
• Manage labeling review and approval process and maintain records.
• Marketing Collateral / Ads
• Create marketing collateral and ads supporting BISCO and its products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and submit files to printers and vendors.
• Obtain and manage proofs to ensure accuracy and quality assurance.
• Creative Services
• Assist with creative needs for other departments.
• Create materials for BISCO and hosted programs/events.
• Maintain awareness of design trends and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field.
• Entry-level position; portfolio and/or reel required.
• General computer skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and fluency in Mac and PC environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Creative thinker with strong design skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate visually.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize projects, and flexibility.
• Ability to learn dental concepts and company’s product lines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• General understanding of branding and marketing strategy concepts.
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods, use office equipment, lift up to 35 pounds, and stand for long periods.
