Junior Database Engineer

About the role

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline tasks and integrate systems
• Collect, clean, model, and analyze data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc.)
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions
• Optimize data models and performance of reports and workflows for scalability and speed
• Maintain and enhance existing Power BI and Power Automate solutions, troubleshooting as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation and integration
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and design thinking
• Proficiency with data querying languages (e.g., SQL, M, DAX)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

Competitive salary range of $78,000 - $100,000 per year
