Responsibilities
- Aid in improving maintenance activities
- Create methods to pull applicable reports and queries from the databases and perform analysis and metrics on the data as agreed to by the associated work groups to meet business needs
- Offer expert guidance and recommendations in the design and development of tools, processes, metrics, and reports to meet the business needs
- Develop products that clearly convey complex analysis through methods like graphs, charts, and tables
- Utilize Access, SharePoint, SQL, VBA, HTML, and other relevant database and web-design software to organize, analyze, and interpret data
Qualifications
- Three years of specific experience with developing databases, business analysis, Access, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, SQL, VBA, HTML, and other similar areas and applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in database development or computer-related fields
- Experience with Access, SharePoint, and other similar business analyst software and applications
Skills and Knowledge
- Superior communication skills
- Experience with the US Navy
- Experience with maintenance programs and analysis
- Experience working with senior leadership
- Experience with various database software
- Experience with various web development tools
