Junior Database Developer

Responsibilities

• Create and design databases for metrics analysis and technical multi-user web applications.
• Collaborate with analysts and Subject Matter Experts to develop, update, and maintain databases for tracking and reporting data metrics.
• Aid in developing streamlined processes to enhance information flow and reduce redundant efforts.
• Develop and provide qualitative and quantitative reports, graphs, and charts to evaluate data collection and analysis effectiveness.
• Apply expertise in database and web-design software to organize, analyze, and interpret data for management decisions and briefs.
• Support process improvement recommendations for immediate and long-term operational needs.

Requirements

• Three years of specific experience in database development, business analysis, Access, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, SQL, and VBA/HTML.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in database development or computer-related fields.
• Experience with Access, SharePoint, and similar business analyst software.
• An active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex analysis clearly.
