Junior Data Analyst - Digital Commerce

Responsibilities

• Maintain the full catalogue of digital product data and imagery, ensuring accuracy and alignment with partner requirements.
• Provide guidance, troubleshooting support, and clear communication to partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate information and maintain smooth workflows.
• Investigate and resolve issues through proactive problem-solving and testing.
• Ensure high standards of data integrity by following and enhancing processes for accuracy and scalability.
• Extract, analyze, and organize data from multiple sources using advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of corporate experience
• 2+ years of Excel experience required
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to take initiative and work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Experience learning new technical applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Experience with SharePoint or Adobe Experience Manager strongly preferred
