About the Opportunity:The JUNIOR DATA ANALYST role supports the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making. This position contributes to the organization's mission by providing data-driven insights that influence operational and strategic outcomes, enabling better healthcare services for veterans. Responsibilities:Extract and analyze data using advanced algorithms and models to identify trendsDevelop data visualizations to communicate complex patterns effectivelyPresent findings and recommendations to managementSupport business model development and optimization through data insightsCollaborate with stakeholders to align data analysis with project goalsPrepare data-driven reports and presentations for diverse audiences Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Public Health, Business, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of professional experience as a data analyst or similar roleProficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Pyramid AnalyticsStrong understanding of data modeling and trend analysisExperience interpreting and communicating data to varied audiencesFamiliarity with querying and analyzing large datasets using SQL or comparable toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications:Experience with VA information systems and healthcare dataKnowledge of VA-related healthcare terminologyExposure to statistical programming languages such as Python or RStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience supporting government or federal health IT projects Eligibility:Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorshipAbility to obtain and maintain required federal public trust clearance Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $70,000 to $100,000, determined by location, experience, skills, and organizational requirements Benefits & Perks:Health insurance including medical, dental, and visionPaid time off and federal holidaysMatching 401(k) plan Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
