Pearls & Stars Exclusive Travel LLC is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to strengthen decision-ready analysis across personalized cruises, groups, weddings, honeymoons, multigenerational trips, lodging, transportation, and activities. The role focuses on junior data analytical review within multigenerational travel support, ensuring every handoff shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.

Responsibilities

• Own the Junior Data Analyst workflow by helping the team build reports around clearly defined metrics.
• Coordinate the workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.
• Review the workflow by documenting calculations and assumptions.
• Maintain the workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
• Track the workflow by validating source data before analysis.
• Apply root cause analysis without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document KPI tracking decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment in status reporting, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.

• Ensure dependable decision-ready analysis: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.
• Remote execution is complete only when analysis is accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Entry-level position.
