Junior Data Analyst

Customand has a remote opening for a Junior Data Analyst supporting moving and relocation services, customer scheduling, packing, transportation, storage, assembly, sales support, and operations. This full-time, 100% remote role is open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to moving and relocation services, customer scheduling, packing, transportation, storage, assembly, sales support, and operations from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across moving, scheduling, and relocation operations.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Customand team.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting moving, scheduling, and relocation operations.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$71,000 - $80,000 per year
