Junior Data Analyst

About the role

A Junior Data Analyst at NEVER ENDING TRAVELS will work directly on decision-ready analysis supporting personalized cruises, resorts, Caribbean and Hawaii trips, romantic travel, family vacations, and groups. The position focuses on junior data analytical review within resort travel support, prioritizing accuracy and traceable follow-through over superficial speed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the workflow by helping the team investigate anomalies instead of masking them.
• Track the workflow by documenting calculations and assumptions.
• Own the workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
• Coordinate the workflow by validating source data before analysis.
• Review the workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.

The practical outcome is dependable decision-ready analysis: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.

Requirements

• Use documentation and data validation confidently in junior data analytical review.
• Apply trend analysis without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment in insights development, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Pay

Base salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, entry-level, 100% remote within the United States.
