Junior Data Analyst

Talento PriceTravel Holding is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to analyze business data and transform it into accurate reports, trends, and actionable insights for a travel distribution and e-commerce organization. This full-time, 100% remote role is open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data related to recruiting, people operations, customer support, and business operations from spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies, documenting resolutions across recruiting and travel-business support.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the team.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes to ensure reporting remains reproducible.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; prior analyst-level experience is preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and verifying calculations, filters, joins, and data quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$71,500 - $80,500 per year
