Junior Data Analyst

Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. is adding a Junior Data Analyst to help with building products, customer service, sales support, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations.

About the role

As the Junior Data Analyst, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. The position is full time and 100% remote, open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to building products, customer service, sales support, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across product, order, and customer operations.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the team.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting product, order, and customer operations.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$71,000 - $80,000 per year
