Junior Data Analyst

This is a 100% remote role open to candidates in the United States. The role focuses on turning accurate business data into clear reporting, analysis, and actionable operational insight.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze business data from approved sources.
• Build and maintain reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and recurring performance summaries.
• Investigate discrepancies, document assumptions, and maintain clear data definitions.
• Translate findings into concise updates that support business and operational decisions.
• Protect data quality through careful review, reconciliation, and documented controls.

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.

Pay

Base compensation: $52,000–$82,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
