About the Opportunity:The JUNIOR DASHBOARD DEVELOPER will design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide insights into program performance and operational effectiveness. This role is responsible for transforming reporting requirements into interactive data visualizations that inform stakeholders and support organizational goals. Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and define performance metrics.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.Create data visualizations that highlight trends, results, and areas needing attention.Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting.Validate dashboard calculations and report outputs for accuracy and consistency.Apply best practices in dashboard development and reporting.Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations.Familiarity with reporting and data analytics concepts.Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Meet Security Eligibilities.TSA experience highly desired.DHS public trust strongly preferred and prioritized.Experience with Power BI or similar visualization platforms.Familiarity with SQL and data analysis fundamentals.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of dashboard development and reporting best practices.Experience working with integrated data sources. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range for this role is approximately $112,000 to $137,000 annually, with final compensation based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, certifications, contract requirements, and organizational needs.
