Job Description
Maintain, nurture and develop relationships with suppliers (Shipping lines, Airlines, Transporting agencies,...)
Set-up SOP for export/import (sea/air)
Contact the Agents/Customer about deliver schedule and necessary documents
Contact Shipping lines/Airlines/Co-loader/Vendor to handle consignments
Always update information, track orders and notify customers about orders in progress
Support the sales teams, receive and resolve customer inquiries within the permitted range
Set up debit note, support accountants to track debts
Solve matters arising during transportation
Ensure compliance with of departments and companies’ regulations.
Report daily, weekly, monthly work directly to the Manager
Job requirements
- Graduated from college or higher in international trade, international economics, international business, logistics, transportation, marketing,...
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding field (Air/Sea)
- Able to work independently and good work management
- Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Prompt, honest, responsible, high team spirit
- Good communication and specialization English
