Responsibilities What You'll Do Dynamics 365 Development Customize and configure D365 Sales and Field Service modulesDevelop plugins, custom workflows, and business rulesCreate and modify forms, views, dashboards, and chartsBuild custom entities and relationships to meet business requirementsImplement security roles and field-level security Power Platform Solutions Build Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps) for mobile and webCreate Power Automate flows for business process automationDevelop Power BI reports and embed them in D365Integrate Power Virtual Agents for customer self-serviceUse Dataverse for data modeling and storage Integration & Development Assist with API integrations between D365 and external systemsWrite JavaScript for client-side customizationsDevelop C# code for server-side extensionsSupport data migration and import activitiesDebug and troubleshoot CRM issues Learning & Collaboration Work closely with senior developers to learn best practicesParticipate in code reviews and technical discussionsDocument solutions and maintain technical specificationsAssist with testing and quality assuranceStay current with D365 updates and new features Requirements What We're Looking For Education & Experience 1-3 years of software development or CRM experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)Basic understanding of CRM concepts and business processesSome exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platformsEagerness to specialize in the Microsoft ecosystem Technical Skills Basic knowledge of C# and .NET frameworkUnderstanding of JavaScript and web technologiesFamiliarity with SQL and database conceptsBasic understanding of REST APIs and web servicesSome experience with Power Platform tools is a plusKnowledge of Azure services is beneficial Nice to Have Microsoft certifications (PL-200, MB-210, MB-240)Experience with field service or sales processesKnowledge of Azure DevOps and source controlExposure to agile development methodologiesExperience with data migration toolsUnderstanding of mobile application development Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinkingExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and ask questions when neededDetail-oriented with a focus on qualityEnthusiasm for learning new technologiesTeam player with a collaborative mindset Compensation & Benefits Compensation & Benefits Base Salary $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience Variable Compensation Performance-based bonuses Benefits Package Generous unlimited PTO policy Remote-first with optional office access Professional development budget ($2,000/year) Paid Microsoft certification exams Latest equipment and development tools Mentorship from senior developers Fast-paced learning environment
